3D Modeling + Concept Drawing

I love to help clients brainstorm to bring their ideas to life. Starting with collected images, inspirations or napkin sketches, I can help you further visualize your ideas before they are committed to full construction drawings. These drawings can be invaluable to clients, as they often very quickly demonstrate further possibilities or issues, therefore saving time and money before more expensive decisions are made.

I can work with a client through a number of design stages, from talking through ideas to producing preliminary sketches by hand, to creating simple computer drawings for consideration, to moving onto floor plans, interior and exterior elevations and 3D modeling.

After the concept work gets to a place where everyone is on the same page, I can create detailed plans for builders.

3D work can really unlock design goals, from defining tricky spaces to helping get the visual reference just right. It can often take seeing a project “completed” on paper to get the full scope of design details required to commit to budget and a build.

Staircases can be a challenging project to visualize; 2d and 3d drawings can help in all aspects of conception to providing shop drawings and cut files for CNC work in steel or wood applications.
